Some info: The first ever ''Star Ellas of year'' was in 2013.
Before the introduction of ''star ellas of year'', there were some mini montly contests that were crowining a monthly star ellas (Like star ellas of january 2013, star ellas of february 2013, star ellas of march 2013 etc)
This contest was held in the christmas of 2013 and the candidates of the contest were the 10 monthly winners of the monthly editions of 2013 star ellas. The contest back then was 100% judged by public voting.
The contest back then was organized ONLY by the owners of the blog (olitsa15 and katrina15)
THE FIRST EVER WINNER OF STAR ELLAS CONTEST was ELIZA94LOVE (me). Eliza94love managed to receive 194 public votes over 178 votes that the second place doll received after a fierce final round.
Within the prizes, eliza94love received a beautiful dedicated page in the blog (you can see it HERE)
-2018-
Some info: Years went by and there wasn't another star ellas contest till 2018. Back in 2017 i became a writter in the blog. As the summer came in 2018 i managed to bring back the star ellas contest in a coorporation with my club. The contest was a hit and stardoll members seemed to love it.
The winner of star ellas 2018 was deceided only by jury voting... (This way of crowining the winner remained till 2020).
STAR ELLAS 2018 winner was ROSA2059. This beautiful doll managed to beat the other 3 finalists and received 64/72 points in the final round. Rosa2059 among the prizes, receieved a FREE wig (its the wig that rosa2059 is wearing in the picture below), a dedicated page in our blog (you can see it HERE) and was also invited to be a star ellas jury member.
-2019-
Some info: Star ellas 2018 was actually a big success. This is why the contest came back in 2019. This year the contest was upgraded a lot and a new way of announcing the results was introduced (via a youtube video) Also in 2019 we came up with the idea of giving a title and gifts to all the finalists.
STAR ELLAS 2019: coolcutelovecat. This stylish doll managed to take the title in the closest star ellas edition ever with a very small margin. Coolcutelovecat among the prizes, got a ''dedicated video'' in my youtube chanel.

-2020-
Its march 2020. The Star Ellas 2020 took place earlier than the previous 2 editions (2018.2019) that occured in Summer. The dolls enjoyed the contest as it was a good way of being creative in the lockdown.
STAR ELLAS 2020: Demiswarrior. This outstanding doll showed from the first rounds that came to win by making creative and stylish dress-ups. The final round required high perception of fashion as the tasks had classic, modern and vintage elements. All the finalists did a great job back then but the one that stood out was demiswarrior. This is why the doll received 102/108 points.
