FACTS ABOUT EVERY YEAR:
MSW 2010: FIRST YEAR OF MSW.
SEMI FINALISTS WERE HAND- PICKED BY STARDOLL STAFF AND THE SYSTEM-VOTING IN SUITE DIDNT EXISTED BACK THEN.
AT THIS YEAR'S MSW ONLY ABOUT 18 COUNTRIES COULD COMPETE - THE MOST ACTIVE ONES. THE PLAYERS FROM THE OTHER COUNTRIES DIDNT HAD THE PRIVILAGE TO TAKE PART.
Since then: in semi finals and finals you could only vote for 1 doll per day, not more, in order to help them advance
Winner was perilice2 from turkey. This year we didnt had a classification of finalists,all the finalists were considered as Runner-ups
MSW 2011: COLOUR: RED
Msw begun at 29 August of 2011.
First round: the system changed a bit. Now the semi finalists weren't picked by stardoll staff, but by stardoll players. a voting button with a crown was designed and it was in every doll's - over 12 level- suite. The 20 dolls that selected the most ''crowns'' from every country could advance in semi finals.
The system of 2nd and 3rd round remained the same from 2010. But the number of finalists dolls increased from 18 to 40!
For the first time the classification of finalists begun. 1st place was given again at Turkey and ceren.gk.
CEREN.GK MANAGED TO WIN THE FINALS WITH A HHUGE MARGIN OF VOTES (stardoll, hall of fame)
MSW 2012:
COLOUR: BLUE
Contest begun again in 29 August
The system was same as 2011.
Winner was Saudi Arabia and ashleesoul
MSW 2013:
COLOUR: PURPLE
THEME: CAROUSEL
MSW 13 started again at 29 August.
SYSTEM REMAINED THE SAME.
Winner was sweetskyangel from the netherlands. 2nd place was Greece, 3rd place Poland
MSW 2014:
COLOUR: GREEN
Msw started 4 september
System changes: only the 30 most active countries could take part
SF AND FINALS SYSTEM REMAINED SAME.
Winner was Brazil and florgatalinda10
Both florgatalinda and sweetskyangel in 2013, managed to win after a very strong battle in the final according to stardoll (hall of fame)
